Terms and Conditions – OLS Terminal Hire Offer
  1. The:
    • (a) £10 (excl. VAT) terminal rental offer applicable to countertop/desktop terminals; and
    • (b) £15 (excl. VAT) terminal rental offer applicable to mobile terminals,

      together, the “Offer”, is available until the 30th November 2023, unless amended, suspended or withdrawn by Worldpay as described below. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
  2. The Offer is only available to new Worldpay customers who are: (i) based in the United Kingdom; (ii) have submitted their application online; and (iii) who have not been a Worldpay customer in the 6 months prior to submitting their application.
  3. Merchants will need to sign up to Worldpay’s standard Merchant Services Agreement and Custom (Standard) Pricing Plan or Simplicity Pricing Plan.
  4. The Offer applies to DX8000 and Desk5000 standalone point of sale countertop/desktop/mobile terminals only, and is per card terminal per month. The Offer requires entry into an 18-month terminal hire agreement with Worldpay for each terminal.
  5. The Offer does not apply to Worldpay Total Mobile or Integrated Payment terminals.
  6. The Offer will apply from the date you are accepted as a Worldpay customer for 18 months.
  7. The monthly terminal rental after the end of the initial 18-month period of your terminal hire agreement will then be payable at the rates set out in your terminal hire agreement, as amended by Worldpay from time to time.
  1. All other charges will apply as usual to Worldpay’s services, including (without limitation) Worldpay’s acquiring fees.
  2. Worldpay’s standard account opening procedures will apply and acceptance is at Worldpay’s sole and absolute discretion.
  3. Terms and conditions apply to all Worldpay services.
  4. Where Worldpay refers to next business day settlement of transactions, this refers to settlement funds being remitted to your bank account the following business day after you take a card transaction. This remains subject to Worldpay’s rights under its Merchant Services Agreement, including not to remit funds until Worldpay has received these itself and to withhold, set-off and/or defer remittances in certain circumstances.
  5. Worldpay may withdraw, suspend or amend the Offer without liability for any reason at any time without notice.
  6. These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England, and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all actions, claims, and disputes arising out of, or in connection with, the Offer and these terms and conditions.
