381 Footcare is a fast-growing podiatry business based in Timperley Village, located southwest of Manchester, England. The busy practice has experienced quadruple growth over the last several years and offers its customers a comprehensive list of services ranging from sophisticated gait analysis to simple nail cutting.

The six associate podiatrists at 381 Footcare have a wealth of experience in treating an extensive array of conditions that affect feet and the lower limbs. They care for patients at their clinic and also provide at-home services for clients in several nearby towns.

With patients ranging in age from two to 106, each podiatrist at 381 Footcare specializes in certain aspects of podiatry including nail surgery, verruca needling, sports podiatry, elderly care and routine treatment plans, among others. Additionally, the practice treats referrals from general practitioners and other healthcare professionals.

“Any time we have a conversation with our Worldpay SaferPayments Managed representative about PCI DSS, it’s always a very efficient phone call,” says Andrea.

Andrea and team also use the Worldpay Dashboard to access a complete view of their business and payments activity, allowing them to interact with assorted information and data in real time, from card sales to settlements and invoices.

“It’s very easy for us to trace a payment if a customer ever has a query in that area,” observes Andrea. “By partnering with Worldpay, it also gives us reassurance that our payments are secure as we haven’t experienced any fraudulent activity.”

Andrea divulges that she has been approached by other companies offering her various incentives to change her payments processing vendor. “After research and looking into the figures, I haven’t found a more efficient provider yet with the reliability and customer support offered by Worldpay.”
