Worldpay is recognised as Best Performing Gateway for 2025

One of our priorities this year is to improve the customer experience, and achieve the shared goal of delivering digital first, modern technology solutions to our customers – and it’s great to see our progress acknowledged across our industry. The Strawhecker Group (TSG) recently recognised Worldpay as the Best Performing Gateway in their 2025 Top Performing Payment Gateways report.

“This recognition is a testament to our collective efforts and dedication to excellence,” said Kirk Ball, Worldpay’s Chief Information Officer.

The TSG report highlights our outstanding performance across six key metrics including gateway minute outage, access and availability as well as transaction speed, success rate and authorisation rate. These achievements reflect our unwavering commitment to our mission to power global commerce by providing exceptional payments technology and expertise to businesses everywhere.

We were also recognised in categories for lowest gateway minute outage and fastest transactions.
