Settlement Delay - American Express acquired merchants - EUR & GBP:
Due to a technical issue there has been a delay in receiving settlement files from American Express for EUR transactions captured on 5 May 2013 and GBP transactions captured on 6 May 2013. You may notice delays of up to five working days in settlement of these transactions.
Settlement Delay - Elavon acquired merchants - EUR
Due to a technical issue there has been a delay in receiving settlement files from CCA for EUR transactions captured on 11 May 2013. You may notice delays of up to five working days in settlement of these transactions. We apologise for any inconvenience.
