As a regulated business Streamline / WorldPay is obliged to keep its customer records up to date. As a consequence we are engaging in a process of updating all our customer records. To ensure this does not impact the standards of customer service we provide to customers we have arranged for CallCredit, a leading telemarketing company who shares our standards of service and data security, to assist us in the process.
