To start trading online with WorldPay you need to complete our online application form. The application process should take about 15 minutes, if you have the following details:
- Your company's registration number and registered address (if applicable)
- Your company's bank account details
- Information about owners – address, DOB and % of ownership
- Information about your technical administrator
- Information about your store integration software
- A credit or debit card
Once you submit your completed application form to WorldPay, you will then receive confirmation of your application by email. It is at this point that a binding contract exists between us.
The application is then reviewed by our Merchant TakeOn Team, who will credit and Know Your Customer (KYC) check the information that you have provided. If necessary they may request by email further information to support your application.
After all the checks have been completed and you have sent us the original Bank Compliance form, stamped and signed by all parties, you will then need to submit an activation of your installation.

The Merchant Interface Application Status page enables you to view the progression of your application and advises which steps you need to complete before you can start trading online.
