When making a payment for goods/services at an online store which uses the WorldPay payment service, you may experience an error either before and/or after you have entered your payment details.

These errors may occur because:

  • you have not entered the correct details
  • you have selected an incorrect option
  • the payment system is currently unavailable
  • your internet browser is not configured correctly
  • your payment has not been authorised
