Retailers can now easily access the pre-built integration between WorldPay and IBM WebSphere Commerce to dramatically reduce implementation time and costs
WorldPay, one of the world's leading payment service providers, has teamed up with CSI, one of the UK's leading multichannel solution providers, to create a new payment plug-in for IBM WebSphere Commerce, the world-leading eCommerce platform.
IBM WebSphere Commerce is designed to give retailers access to an extensive library of pre-built capabilities and integrations, dramatically reducing the complexity of using disparate eCommerce technologies. WorldPay has now joined the community of leading third party technologies to offer a suitable payment solution that decreases the time normally required to implement an eCommerce system and help reduce costs for retailers.
WorldPay worked with CSI, one of IBM's most experienced European Premier WebSphere Commerce partners, to build an appropriate pre-built platform for retailers to choose when it comes to taking payments on their websites. The launch brings together the wealth of experience that CSI, IBM WebSphere Commerce and WorldPay each have in their own fields to create a strong solution for retailers.
Gabriel Hopkins, Head of eCommerce Products at WorldPay, comments: "Joining the IBM WebSphere Commerce community is a great opportunity for WorldPay. We are excited to be part of IBM WebSphere Commerce's rich and unique eCommerce platform which we have seen increase in popularity with retailers looking to upgrade existing solutions or build an online trading platform for the first time."
Chris Booker, Business Development Director at CSI adds: "We are extremely pleased with the new WorldPay payment solution for the IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. CSI is now even better equipped to help Multi Channel customers with international payment requirements with this new integrated WorldPay solution."
